Dear Future Me,

If you are reading this, you have survived. You have made it through whatever it was that felt impossible at the time.

Remember when you thought you would never heal? Remember when you thought the pain would last forever? Remember when you could not imagine a tomorrow that did not hurt?

You were wrong. The pain faded. The scars softened. The heart that was broken learned to love again.

So here is what I want you to remember: you are stronger than you know. You are braver than you feel. And you are more loved than you could ever imagine.
